My daughter's husband passed away on Feb. 10, 2026. Hospice called to let you know. It was barely over 1 hour her husband passed away and someone from your company called to ask when they could pick up the bed and bed side table. This was very disrespectful to call my daughter so soon after her husband's passing. You must be concerned for the feelings of the loved ones who have just lost a very important person in their life and not be a such a hurry to pick up the equipment.
Our past two deliveries from the Rockford, Il Advacare systems went very good. We had two very nice,polite and caring delivery men.Thank you for your help Blaze and Ernesto. Kindness is much appreciated!
