Our Hospice company used AdvaCare for all of the equipment my mother needs to have home hospice care. Lavonta was extremely kind, caring, considerate and comforting during our most difficult time. He setup the bed, oxygen and table in a timely manner. Explained everything thoroughly. I feel very confident as my moms caretaker that her coming home will be comforting for her. Great and growing
Daniel in customer service is great to work with. Every time I need help with something and he ends up involved, it gets done. Great person to represent the phone lines when we need help!
Terrible company with horrible reviews. They leave their trucks open with medical supplies while making deliveries and block driveways. Instead of parking in open spots 2 feet away they decide to impede neighbors and have bad attitudes when clearly not caring about the communities they work around. Real medical emergencies are not valued in this companies policies.
