Horrible experience. Filthy equipment. Absolute nightmare to deal with. They refuse to come get the hospital bed despite it being days since my father has passed. Saying they are going to come and then never showing up. Your customer service is terrible. Yall need to do better. Unreliable. Unprofessional. You don’t care about grieving clients.
Our family rented medical supplies from here and the service provided by Kevin was amazing. He came to our home in Bolingbrook 3 times and each time we received superior support. He is a wonderful young man and very passionate about his service to his clients. Im always happy when I see Kevin is the driver arriving!
Joe the Oxygen Guy :) is the kindest, most compassionate gentleman. He always took time to talk a bit with my dad and Joe messaged me after my dad passed away. He must be the best employee and Advacare is fortunate to have him working for them. thank you, Joe, for your big heart and caring attitude!
