Terrible company with horrible reviews. They leave their trucks open with medical supplies while making deliveries and block driveways. Instead of parking in open spots 2 feet away they decide to impede neighbors and have bad attitudes when clearly not caring about the communities they work around. Real medical emergencies are not valued in this companies policies.
I was having a ruff day with the decline on my grandmother. However a man name Aryk who dropped of her supplies ensured us everything was safe, functional, and explained how to use the equipment in a way we could understand. His empathy and respect toward my grandmother stood out and made a meaningful difference during a hard time.
The scheduling team really needs to step it up!! For our Milwaukee hospice care scenario: 4 hour time frame was totally missed…. And with NO follow-up or apology! The rescheduled- next day 4 hour time was made, but only 20 minutes to spare prior to our patient arrival by ambulance. Pick up of equipment “per the scheduler” I spoke to, told me there was no timeframe!!!!! REALLY?!?! After our loved one passed, you can not accommodate even a 4 hour frame??? Shame on you! They pay amazing attention to detail and they treat patients as if they are family. You can't ask for too much more on trying to make somebody comfortable and their last moments
