had one of their cars pull out in front of us and almost hit us at jefferson pointe, had to lay on the horn and then he proceeded to run a stop sign and a red light all within 10 seconds! maybe like get better drivers idk
Don't allow the drivers at your home. They can't drive, hit your vehicles,take off and lie about it and this company believes them and you have to fight to get them to pay for the damages
One star because of the huge level of disrespect. My mom was on hospice which provided her equipment. Money hungry company started blowing up my phone to get her equipment back not even 12 hours after she passed. I get you need your equipment back in a timely manner but you could have been considerate and waited a day or two for a grieving family to process before acting like a bunch of vultures.
Andre Villa is an outstanding employee. He comes to our healthcare facility for many years. Andre is always prompt, courteous, and friendly. Andre does his job with a smile and very knowledgeable about his job.
My two stars are only for the compassionate young man who helped with an oxygen tank issue. The missing 3 stars are for the uncompassionate staff in office. I don't believe anyone should deal with a broken oxygen tank over night or deal with the bed a loved one after passing away in for 5 days. Walking through the house and seeing all the equipment makes this process even harder. I am tempted to load the stuff up and deliver to the company myself.
