Bed was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Still don't have it today. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes and still waiting. This is ridiculous.
One of the worst medical supply companies I've had to deal with. They can't keep appointments, ever. I've never had anything brought in or picked up on time, sometimes not even the same day. I've spoken to nurses that are usually just as frustrated with them. One man in particular seems to not know what he's doing and I was told he is usually lazy. I have had one worker that does an excellent job,but they rarely send him. Good luck setting up appointments with the people that run the company locally. They are hard to underst... read more
