These guys have been nothing but prompt, kind and helpful. I love their tracking system so you can see exactly where they are and always get a call from the office to let us know when they are coming as well! Well done Avacare!

My experience with Advacare was similar to that of a previous reviewer. My mother received home services from Harbor Light hospice, who provided equipment through an arrangement with Advacare. The equipment was fine and the original deliveries were satisfactory. The problem was with the pick-up. My mother passed away on a Saturday and on the following Monday we notified Harbor Light that the equipment could be picked up. We were told that Advacare would call us to arrange a time. Habor lights hospice company uses this company for its equipment. There is nothing state of the art about their equipment. My father passed early in the morning and harbor light was called at 10am. I received a call from advacare with a pickup time of between 1 and 8 the same day. We sat here all day waiting and no one ever showed. I called them and theye claimed that the tech called all 3 numbers on file and left a message. No one's phone has rang all day! No one wants to look at their love ones empty bed.
