I will start by saying there has been no transaction between myself and the company but they feel it's necessary to drive down my private dirt drive way at about 45 miles an hour and basically drift their big truck around the corner of the driveway sending dirt and rocks all over my vehicles and property.
Never used this place but a driver for this company was driving crazy, honking at cars and flipping people off.
If your hospice uses this provider you will be very disappointed ... change hospice provider now... save yourself the headaches..
Delivery of equipment for my mothers hospice care, arrived late, was a stat order! Received a call that it would be here by 2:15pm, didn’t arrive until almost 3pm. My moms ambulance nearly beat the equipment here. equipment is older & outdated. Then after she passes I arrange pick up, the driver lies and said they came and there was no answer. I own 2 large dogs who bark at the slightest tap on our door, and I’ve sat in my living room in the recliner waiting and there has been nobody at my home.
