I don't recommend this company or their terribly equipment. They can't seem to get it together for their customers, from not sticking to their delivery time frames to the absolute worst medical equipment that's extremely old and in very poor and extremely beat up condition. I'm sure the insurance companys of their clients are paying a good price monthly to this company for the unacceptable garbage they think is ok to deliver to people in need. I think an inspection is definitely needed. Customer service was not great either.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of meeting CJ today during a delivery and pick-up for Danbury BVH. He was very nice, respectful, and went above and beyond to help me with everything I had questions about. Excellent service and a great representation of the company!
Amazing customer service! Super easy and reliable tracking. Wheelchair came so fast!
Horrible experience! They should be ashamed of themselves. I would give them zero stars if I could. They should not be in business! They Delivered a bed hours and hours late to a hospice patient. Once Delivered it was found not in working order and they failed to fix it or even attempt to replace it timely. Poor Communication from Company representatives, and terrible attitudes from their staff. Delivering a bed late and broken? There are no words awful enough to describe that type of terrible business practices.
Would give zero stars if I could. Worse place to work with. Does not care about patents.
