Daryl is very informative and made getting my equipment a breeze!
The local office has nice people. The equipment they gave me works. Other than that I've had nothing but bad luck with this company. They overcharged me over $300. I've called multiple times. Every time I call they say they forgot and would call me back and would fix it soon. I am still missing the money. I just want to say thank you to Mr. Daryl Moore who helped me at AdvaCare Home Services By providing me with the best explanation on how to use my medical device. It’s only been a week and I feel better already. I’m grateful for service and I couldn’t recommend anyone better to assist those who need help with taking control of their sleep apnea. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
New to home health supplies and this company. The employees have poor understanding of the patient hub and accessing the online portal to order supplies!
Kristy was an excellent instructor. She explained everything very clearly and demonstrated when she could. We were sent home with the CPAP machine, instruction manuals, an app site and paperwork that explained everything and gave us numbers and what we needed to know. She is very good at communication. They set me up for success!
