The local office has nice people. The equipment they gave me works. Other than that I've had nothing but bad luck with this company. They overcharged me over $300. I've called multiple times. Every time I call they say they forgot and would call me back and would fix it soon. I am still missing the money. They have repeatedly text me and called me for a resupplies even though I told them that I was not interested. I went through their phone option to unsubscribe and they still call me.
