Everyone was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and made the process of having to get a CPAP less nerve-wracking.
Elyse was patient and explained everything I needed to know about using the machine, the mask, the insurance, etc. Very patient and friendly and knowledgeable!
Incredible experience! Upon entering the facility i was welcomed by Danielle, who has such a welcoming and contagious personality, with a tremendous sense of humor! Elyse was my RTT and she was phenomenal. She answered every question I had, in an easy way for me to understand and make me feel comfortable. Nobody is excited about getting excited about getting a CPAP, but Elyse really made this feel like an exciting adventure! I can't speak highly enough about both Danielle and Elyse.
