This place is as bad as all of the bad reviews suggest! I’m one of those guys that like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this place has proven to be a joke! Also, Thank god I was paying attention to the yard jockey, had I not hit my horn he would’ve torn a whole on the side of my truck trying to back in next to me. A yard jockey, can you believe that? Imagine if he was in a sleeper. This place is a living nightmare!
Fast unloading 1 h, overnight parking in the park and ride
Appointment 10 am, arrived 9am, was told to park and check in office told me we will Call for open dock door. 10 am came still no call for dock, will update later but missing my appt time with no call start with 1 star… Edit 1: got a call around 10:20 am for dock door… let’s see how long unload is…took about an hour half aferwards...
