Visited Dr. Choi as a new patient. I found him and his staff to be very professional. Dr. Choi took the time to explain what was going on with my bladder and very kindly let me view the screens as my testing occured. I feel confident that I'm in good hands.
This Doctor is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. I needed a preauthorization for testosterone and he gave me a hard time from the start. Basically telling me that my insurance company wouldn't approve it, and I knew they would. He just didn't want to do the preauthorization. His staff finally did it and to no surprise it was approved. After that, he said if anything else was needed I would have to pay out-of-pocket because he doesn't get paid to do preauthorizations. Wow!
