Dr Choi is direct and tells it like it is. I love his directness and he gets straight to the root of the problem (some people can't handle that). I have been suffering form hematospermia since my 20ies and I'm now in my late 40ies and the one and only Dr Choi figured it out. He took his time and set the record straight with all the theories I had. He took his time and now here I am, symptom and pain free. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I went in for the visit, and it was a complete disappointment. No blood or urine tests were performed. He spent approximately five minutes with me—time during which I never felt heard. Their focus is entirely on the health insurance.
Visited Dr. Choi as a new patient. I found him and his staff to be very professional. Dr. Choi took the time to explain what was going on with my bladder and very kindly let me view the screens as my testing occured. I feel confident that I'm in good hands.
This Doctor is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. I needed a preauthorization for testosterone and he gave me a hard time from the start. Basically telling me that my insurance company wouldn't approve it, and I knew they would. He just didn't want to do the preauthorization. His staff finally did it and to no surprise it was approved. After that, he said if anything else was needed I would have to pay out-of-pocket because he doesn't get paid to do preauthorizations. Wow! Dr. Choi is an amazing, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. He made us feel comfortable and aware of my young daughter's condition. Giving us a plan and seeing us through to success. Thank you Dr. Choi and his amazing Team for supporting us!!
