Everyone was very friendly and kind, efficient and thorough.
Appointment time was kept, very good interaction with provider and excellent care.
The entire staff from check-in, to nursing, to check-out is pleasant and professional. I am very happy with my provider (Brandon) and pleased to see the addition of Dr Charos to the staff. I feel I can really trust the care at AP Derm.
We didn’t have a great experience. The doctor didn’t even ask any background information other than how long she’s had her skin condition for. We have 4 animals and 2 daughters. 3 out of 4 animals have ringworm and both daughters have it. He provided a diagnoses to the nurse, alopecia….. Alopecia just means a loss of hair. Of course she has alopecia(sadly it’s on her head and she lost hair). But what is it caused by??? We got nowhere other than saying we would do a skin scrape on my other daughter the following day.
