Paid out of pocket for an elective procedure and they refused to do a follow up procedure that was needed despite them saying they would cover it initially. Someone from the office said on this review they would contact me but it’s been over 3 months with no contact and they have my info. A friend also recently left them after waiting over an hour to be seen after her scheduled appointment time.
Dr. Charos walked me though treatment options, and explained everything while answering my questions. She wanted to make sure I understood everything and she wasn't just rushing me out
If you are looking for an amazing dermatology experience - look no further!!! Everyone I interacted with on the staff, for my first visit last week, was AMAZING. I actually cannot wait to return, and I am very uneasy about any medical appointments.
Ridiculous wait time after scheduled appointment time and hour or more past appointment would not recommend
Everyone was very kind, and seemed to care about my reason for being at the dermatologist while also respecting my time. It felt efficient, not rushed.
