from interaction between receptionist, assistant and doctor, all were excellent. Welcoming, patient, and not rushed.
I had an appointment today and had a very unpleasant experience. The receptionist was extremely hostile and rude. I declined to sign a form and she told me to leave. I agreed to sign it in the end, but she kept going on and on about it. There was no need for her to be rude or continuously tell me that she didn’t understand why I was being so cautious about sharing my medical records. When I have the legal right to ask.
