Everything about my visit was great, except the billing. Went in for a preventative skin screening and was told only after a hefty bill that they charge for all services and nothing falls under 'preventative' in their practice. Naturally won't be going back.
So I booked an appontment for laser hair removal for my chin and upper lip.when i called the cosmetic department I asked them how much was the cost they told me around 200 which I was ok with that.first thing which seems off to me was that they made me to do a deposit of 150 dollar on the phone which made me uncomfortable cuz i really dont want to give my card number to anybody.anyway when i showed up for my laser appointment the lady told me it is gonna cost 300!! My condition and its treatment were clearly explained to me and follow-up arrangements were made.
Both Brittany and Dr. Charos were friendly, respectful and efficient - yet thorough. Front desk was great, too! Appt was 2/5/2025
