After they charged me $250 to remove a cyst that was unsuccessful, the staff’s only solution was to repeat the procedure for another $250 with no guarantee of success. No thanks! Find a place that offers to make things right if they fail after charging such high rates.
This experience was great the front desk was so kind and caring. The nurse practitioner have great care and was very knowledgeable while treating my daughter with a major skin issue.
Nope... It went well felt very relaxed and comfortable with the procedure! Thanks Update: So after my procedure I had an unexpected bill of $800 ...I was referred to them by my Dr. They took my insurance which meant I was in network... I called my Dr. Whom sent the referral, and my insurance provider and everything was correct and completed...I spoke to the Acct department at APD whom spoke in a very condescending tone and followed the direction to get this resolved. Kathy was very kind and thorough during her exam. She made sure to explain everything she was doing and offer alternative resources to all of my skin needs.
I've always had good experiences at APDerm. The staff is friendly and Kathleen Ledwick, DCNP has always given me great care. She spends the time, expains what she sees and answers my questions.
