The office staff was very friendly. Lindsey was helpful.
Today was my first visit to APDerm at the Ayer location. I met with Dawn Baird, PA-C, and Amber, Medical Assistant. The office was clean and the Receptionist (Mandy?) was very welcoming and made check in as a new patient very easy and fast. Dawn listened with empathy as I described the struggle with cystic acne in my 20’s, and now rosacea in my 60’s.
