I had an appointment to see Barbara Bradley to have a mole removed. Both barbara and her assistant Ashley were extremely professional and immediately put my anxious mind at ease with their comforting and gentle approach. They were both very patient, understanding and described everything they were doing, which I very much appreciated! I definitely recommend seeing them, as my procedure was both quick and painless.
Tremendously disappointing experience. Was taken 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. After finally entering the room to see me, Barbara Bradley lacked even the most basic elements of professionalism. She rushed through her examination and diagnosis of my condition. She was literally leaving the room while I was thinking of questions to ask her. Even the receptionist workers were unfriendly and uninterested. I strongly recommend going to other dermatology practices.
I received a referral for this office due to the skin on my face getting dry in the winter. I received a prescription for a good product for that. The disappointing part was that I paid about $450 for it after checking worst case insurance scenario prices with the office for that, as well as for the removal and testing of a "slightly irregular" mole, and being misled.
