The billing team always overcharged me for my free annual cleanings and then only wanted to credit my account. Had a missed appointment because the text they sent kept bringing up the 9/22 date which is the date they moved locations, I was charged $75 for a missed appointment, however they rescheduled my appointment a few months ago at their convenience.
Sara my dental hygienist was awesome did a really nice job and was very friendly so was the dentist I saw and everyone else I met i had a great experience
The staff of Adult & Pediatric Dental Care was phenomenal from the moment I called. They are friendly, caring, professional, and incredible with kids. Dr. Paul sees both my toddler, as well as my 12 year old - he and his assistants are always accommodating to their needs and have made every experience a positive one.
It was a wonderful visit, filled with attention and kindness.
