The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. He handles my 4 year old with care and compassion. He knows what he’s talking about and does a good job at explaining his treatment plan. I would recommend him to everyone. On the other hand, front office staff is extremely annoying and rude. Don’t expect a warm welcome when you walk into the building. Other then the ride front office staff everything is very pleasant here.
Bad customer service
Office staff member not welcoming and was rude. Then I became immediately sick from air freshener in lobby. Had to leave without being seen. Waste of time but obviously the care they provide does not have the allergic or chemically sensitive patient’s well being as a priority. Unfortunate disservice to the Doctor due to poor front office representation.
