This place is a joke of a doctors office. After two visits, I stormed out. Had an appointment scheduled for a physical today and it was rescheduled for a month later, but nobody cared to tell me. Took off work and drove, but nobody seemed to care. The older blonde receptionist in the front office, Olga, is absolutely rude and unhelpful. Why would you put somebody like her as the face of your practice? They don’t return phone calls either. Don’t waste your time.

HORRIBLE INEPT FRONT OFFICE STAFF... DO NOT GO HERE! Front office receptionist, billing, and insurance coordinators are completely ignorant dimwits. The attitude upon first being “greeted” by the older blonde at the front desk is that of disdain and is quite frankly RUDE. You seriously need training in customer service skills. The LACK of communication between insurance/billing and my insurance company or even MYSELF is non-existent. Met the new-to-me PA, Lydia today. I immediately loved her. She was so easy to talk to, spoke to me as an advocate and partner. I had been considering changing practices to one closer to home but my encounter with her today, changed my mind.
