I was so scared going to an in person doctor, but they were extremely considerate and kind. From the nurses to the front desk to my appointment with Jackie Celmer. They were all very considerate and caring. I literally cried after my appointment because it was one of the first time I had medical people in person listen to me and care about how I was treated.
Rude receptionist, couldn't answer a simple question about availability without attitude. Online you specialize in geriatric medicine, which has a variety of different issues such as neurology. Take neurology off your website if you can't offer what you say you offer.
