Worst doctor's office I've ever been into, i have never been treated so badly. I walked up to the window where you sign in, the lady didn't greet me at all. I had to ask her to acknowledge me. She had me under the wrong name, wrong address. She acts like i needed a handout. She said do you have money? I'm like yes unless you want to pay. I have never felt so degraded. Awful awful service. Never will be back! Awful High Point!
This whole public health department area in High Point is the most sorry place I have ever went to. The people over the phone and the healthcare providers on the inside are continuously rude to patients and turn away sick people attempting to get better. I do no appreciate the way that they treated me and my significant other at all. I am definitely going to the people in charge of this disgusting and unreliable department today as we speak. They do not deserve business at all.
