Paid a co-pay for $35 dollars. I waited for an hour, and was seen for about 2 minutes with no treatment or direction on what I should do next. Very unprofessional!!!! 0 stars in my opinion.
This doctor is very rude, unprofessional, dismissive, passive and not willing to provide the proper care that is needed. I am very disappointed with how I was treated by this doctor. On top of that, the doctor hung up on me during a telephone appointment, Not addressing any of my concerns. I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible.
If I could give them a 0 star I would. They don’t take into consideration that it’s the middle of a pandemic people may need to reschedule. This office manager as well as the rest of there staff is unprofessional, rude, and doesn’t care about patients well-being or what the patient may be suffering with internally. Highly recommend do not go here!!!! This place is unbelievable!
