Update on my previous post that I accidentally deleted...ADULT COMFORT CARE HOME 2, this place is HORRIBLE my mother in law was in her facility for 6 weeks, she was SEVERLY DEHYDRATED and had a UTI INFECTION Kay Pannu let her lay in bed without contacting medical emergency, we called 911 and she was rushed to the hospital where she stayed for weeks. Decent place and willing to work with you
It would be nice if k Pannu would communicate with the family. Instead we leave several messages and have to find another home for our mom due to non communication. Calling us at 650pm 3 days later on a Saturday night and threatened to remove our mom's social security since we did not use her group home is unacceptable. Why don't you try helping the families that don't know what do to do instead of threats. I will be reporting to social services, social security and Medicare.
