I want to start out by saying the doctors are good, they're fine at what they do. The office staff however? Gross negligence doesn't even cover it. If you ever needed an example of how not to treat psychiatric patients look no further. My husband has beeb a patient here dor almost a year and has problems scheduling an appointment almost every single time. 2.8 stars is a stretch. I have been going here for years and have numerous issues with the office staff but the one today struck my last nerve… I have been having awful anxiety so bad i’m having a hard time going to work i got scheduled originally earlier this week by the older woman in the office and then i called to change to a telehealth and they told me i wasnt even scheduled so they put me on for today at 10:30. Best office ever. I love Ryan and all the girls here. Blown away by the negative reviews because I've never had a bad experience here. Ever. They've got me through some very rough times and have gone out of their way to help me when needed. Thank you to everyone at this practice for what you do. I appreciate you!!
