I’ve been a patient at this facility for many years. They have become a nightmare to schedule with and miscommunication within the office is quite apparent. I understand the psychiatrists within the practice may be aging out and relying more on A.N.R.Ps and P.A.s , but that’s not an excuse for poor patient care. Patients time and money are important too. This makes me so sad to write. I saw Dr.B for years there and always left with a smile. I miss him. Sincerely Darren Whallon

Not for sure about Dr M. Yet, but I can't wait for my second counseling with Miss Sharon I left here feeling like a whole new person.. thank you so much Miss Sharon...And Thank-You so much ( Ms. BARBIE. place would not survive without you trust me..

I have been going there for years, and I have had issues in the past, but not in the past few years. Their staff is very responsive. Barbie doesn’t mess around she will solve your problems. She goes above and beyond. I used to have issues there with the phones and not being able to contact them, but they have completely solved those issues and I am very pleased.

If I could do zero stars I would because their office personal is rude (walking away while some is still speaking to you, all while huffing/puffing and rolling your eyes, then shutting the door behind you - while I'M STILL SPEAKING), clueless about what their jobs is (going back and forth asking someone else for the answers to simple questions- just ask them to speak to the person, ) and ill-equipped to deal with neurodivergent patients (tone of voice and physical attitude need to be kept in check) . I've been using this facility for over 6 years. They are excellent at what they do. Dr. B was amazing before he sadly passed. Dr. Ryan was also exceptional before he moved. The staff is also amazing. From Barbie, Virginia and Kimberly. They have *always* treated me fairly and with the utmost respect and professionalism every time. Even despite having moved over 2 hours away, I still choose to use this facility because of how wonderful, respectful and professional the staff has always been.
