Updated review as of August 20, 2026: Amy McKinnon has been wonderful to work with in recently transitioning my mother to an assisted living facility in southern Utah. I have worked with several case managers under New Choice Waiver program for my mother over the past several years. Megan has been very professional and helpful in assisting me with navigating systemic challenges in accessing supportive services for my mother. She serves as a great advocate for my mother which is wonderful.
