I saw Dr shatte who looked down on me the whole time. I went because labs showed chronic kidney failure but no one had ever said I had it. My pcp felt it was from chronic urinary track infections which had become increasingly familiar and I had a history of having to cath myself when younger and finally was told I could stop. I went in there today I had a schedueled appointment for over a month, no one in that office took the time to verify my insurance info. I know that I have to check too but I trust that they are the professionals double checking everything. I told them I have a certain ins. They said it's ok we take it. Received billing seven months after “service” they provided for my 90 year old mother while she was in rehab after suffering a broken hip. Supposedly visited/conferred with rehab staff 12 times/days yet she came out with more urology issues then when she went in. We do not recommend this practice.

I love the pa Justin but this office is a joke everytime I come it's an hour plus wait and if you reschedule its a month or longer before your seen plus another hour plus wait

Dr office called before appointment asking for updated insurance info. I told them if there was any problems to please contact me. Got to appointment the following day and they said my referral had expired. Would not let my son see the dr, would not attempt to try to get updated referral while we were there. It was over an hour drive and my son was pulled from school. No help. Terrible staff.
