Be very careful with this creep. My husband wanted an annual prostate screening; this butcher sent my husband to have a sonogram, blood test and physical examination. After he got the 3 of them, he wanted a second physical examination when he realized we didn't want a hormonal treatment with him. He is a crook plain and simple he wanted to rob us.

I was able to make an appointment very easily on line. The staff was very helpful in explaining to me the insurance coverage. Dr Shtainer looked over all my medical records and was able to perform diagnostic tests right in the office. He is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I highly recommend this practice.

Really nasty customer service. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said the office was closed and hangout the phone. She didn't even let me ask her at what time they are going to open the next day. Then I called again to asked at what time they are going to open the next day and she said " I told you that the office its closed" and I asked her to stop being a b**ch. Also I have to mention that she has a really nasty way to pick up the phone, non-professionalism on that.
