If you are looking for an amazing group of therapists, then look no further. I have been helped by AARC for about eight years now and what a difference it has made in my life. I use to have chronic migraines so bad that I was almost disabled three different times. I found out about the comorbidity between migraines and mental health and as my mental health improved over the years the migraines started to disappear.
