I have been VERY pleased with the care we’ve received at AACC. Not only has the counseling been immensely helpful for our family, but the staff and Dr. Nacim have bent over backwards to advocate for us with the insurance company to make sure we get treatment that we can afford. The office is comfortable and relaxing, and the counselors have all been so kind and wonderful guides through our situations. I can’t recommend AACC highly enough!
Making an appointment with the office was a breeze and I was always contacted quickly regarding any issues. I visited Dr. Nacim for a neuropsychological evaluation and was incredibly impressed with her expertise and professionalism. Sent several emails and callled multiple times to book a very important appointment just to be told they never received my emails. I filled out all information asked (including credit card info) and that was received, yet the confirmation of the appointment date was magically “never received”. Ridiculous that it comes to the point where a bad review needs to be left for something to be done. Very disappointing as I had high expectations for this place. Now I have to wait an entire month for this appointment
Professional and quality service.
Been trying to call but no one answered left a voice message days ago and no one has got back to me. If I didn’t need it I wouldn’t be trying to reach them. If this isn’t the correct number please change it.
