A wonderful neuroaffirming community run by and for neurodivergent people! As an AuDHDer (autistic person with ADHD), I love having a community in my neighbourhood that accepts everyone for who they are! Thank you!
I am the founder of the Adult ADHD Support group. We are a great group of people (yes, I am a little biased) that meet every second week to support each other and learn about our ADHD. I am so grateful for the members in this group and the meetings are a highlight in my week!
Highly recommend this group! Every second meeting there are presentations and professional guest speakers who deliver useful and insightful content. The other meetings allow members to get to know one another, share wins/challenges, and crowd-source solutions. The atmosphere is welcoming to new members and is inclusive to the whole family. Thank you very much to Alyssa and Nathalie for creating this group as it meets a great need in the community.
