I had such a terrible experience with this company. I thought in the beginning they were up front, then it all went bad. After my permits were approved and I picked them up, Paul then asked if they could pick up my plans for City Hall, me not knowing said sure, and this was the scam. They picked up my stamped plans and i have not been able to get them back, this was the end of 2023, and I have still not received my plans.
