Parts department does not respond to emails or even to the parts email address on the website. I managed to get 1 reply but then that where their service dropped off. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply and have even emailed again to the parts department asking for a follow up but obviously they are not keen to assist. Maybe they are just plain lazy, all I know is that I will seek interstate dealers for factory parts from now on...Very poor performance..
Charged over $1,900 in labour, with no service completed, no parts fitted, and none of the issues I booked the vehicle in for correctly diagnosed or repaired. The most concerning aspect was the quality of the fault-finding. A steering fault causing ESP, Hill Hold and cruise control warnings was diagnosed as requiring nearly $2,000 in replacement parts. I have booked my first service at Adtrans, I have been told that the service fees was btw 1300-1500$ max, the truck was driven only 17.000km and the first free service was done at 5000km. They called me and they come back with a quote of 3k, only the labour they carge 1300$, and thank god there was nothing to be fixed. I won't go back to that place, it is soo expensive and they are not trustworthy. Got a flat tyre out front, Don and the team went out of their way to lend me a car jack so I could swap my flat tyre with a spare. Super helpful and friendly staff
