I had ADT Solar install solar on my house 1.5 years ago! There were major issues and damages to my home during the installation, after dozens of phone calls, broken promises, and being ghosted by them, NOTHING has been done, even though ADT admitted this was their mistake. If they ever make it right... I will let you know.
ADT acquired Sunpro and now we have terrible service, I purchased in 2014 service request where hand in a timely manner with satisfactory results, now I’m told that there is a 4 to 6 wait before someone can get back with me to confirm that I have a problem. I have panels that need service from time to time more often than you think. Bottom line is don’t make the mistake and buy from ADT Terrible customer support.
IVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN ADTSOLAR..CUVSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.THE SOLAR PANELS ARE CAVING MY NEW ROOF IN.THEY HAVE BEEN DODGING MY PHONE CALLS FOR MONTHS TO HAVE MY ROOF FIXED AND THE SOLAR PANELS MOVE TO A BETTER LOCATIONS ON MY ROOf.ITS LOOKING LIKE I LL BE FILING A LAW SUUT VERY SOON.TO LET THE COURT MAKE THEM DO THEIR JOB...THIS IS COMING FROM A ANGRY CUSTOMER !!!
After-Sale Service Support is extremely inferior. No one answers the phone. We have a proboem with the Enphase Gayeway installed by SunPro Solar, before it was acquired by ADP. When Enphase could not solve the problem, I was referred back to ADP Solar. I listened to elevator music for over 30 minutes, still no one anwers the phone. The excuse was: "High call volume". If you are considering solar panels, look at the quality of after-sale tech support first. ADP has destroyed the level of customer service at the former SunPro.
ADT began this project over 1 year ago. My biggest concern was initially communication which was 100% at first but stopped shortly after. Due to this solar issue alone we have put our first home up for sale to walk away from all this stress and anxiety. After signing our contract being told that I can cancel anytime until the LAST installation bolt was installed on my solar panels.
