Horrible customer service!!!! Whats the sense in sending emails ADT!!! Yall over committed and can't produce!!! Worst business practic ever!!! No I won't send emails, however, I think a class action law suit to help all of the innocent consumers of both ADT and sunpro, is a good start!!! Absolutely sick of crooked corporations!!!!
The company's corporate side is a mess. They scheduled things last minute causing issues with the city that I needed to go to city hall and help fix. They also sent inspectors out when their personal was not going to be there. Trying to speak to anyone in the office about this AFTER your project is completed is almost impossible. I have been going back and forth with them for over a year and get responses every 4 to 6 weeks at most. I have never had such terrible customer service. Garbage company. I’d give negative stars if I could. Nothing but headaches since day one. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Half the time it’s someone in another country answering phones, half the time no one answers, phone calls never returned, a definite lack of communication as a whole. Multiple claims with the BBB for the lack of follow through on just about everything. For the amount I paid for my system, you’d think there’d be some sort of customer service, but nope. And I can not get a straight answer out of anyone on if it will be corrected Update 8/23 The company attempted to get information about my system. But when I responded. I was blocked. If this company wanted to take care of this they could contact me with my email on record. Once again Terrible Company to get involved with
