ADT solar got plans and design approved, signed contracts and then decided to pull out of New Mexico and void contract, look elsewhere for solar needs in New Mexico
Every project has had issues, currently waiting for them to fix a problem months old. You have many other choices in the area if you are looking to get solar panels, I would recommend choosing any other company but this one. Timeliness and attention to detail are not their strong suits.
Initially we were please with ADT solar, our solar panels were installed in March or last year. However since then we have had problems with roof leaks. Before signing a contract with them We insisted on an inspection to be sure that our roof was sound and that installation on our tile roof would not be a problem. We were given that assurance, but in fact our roof was not sound. We are now faced with replacing the entire underlayment on our roof and communication with ADT solar is minimal at best. Do NOT get solar panels from this company. It has been the worst experience, especially with misrepresenting every aspect of the process ESPECIALLY the financial aspect of it. The sales representatives do not actually care to save you money by getting solar panels like they claim, they will say what they need to get you to sign that contract because there’s no repercussions for their false words. After countless issues with this company I have no faith in what they represent.
Nothing done like they said. 6 months and not ln production!!!! They owe me 975 dollars paid ony system .... They lie
