Scam, Scam, Scam, Do not buy solar from Sunpro! It’s a scam, they promise that you’re gonna be this percentage independent but you’re not. Then you call to complain that your system is not producing and they give you the runaround talking about degradation. They say the panels degrade a certain percentage every year. Got 50 Solar panels installed by sunpro (now adt solar) and my light bills are $600 & I still have to pay $350 a month on the solar panels! By far my biggest regret!! (I have a 1400 Sq ft house that was built in 2015, so there is no way it should be that high!)

Don’t ever get solar panels my salesman lied his whole way broken promises after everything was finalized false information now I’m stuck with solar have yet to save one bit tax credits are limited to certain amount not full my payments went up cause of that I wish nobody to ever get this on there house!

The salesman deceived me in many ways. Told me there would be a tax credit, when it is an incentive, if I did not send credit in, my payments would increase. I found out that it was a incentive by my accountant, because I never received a contract, that was signed electronically. I signed the contract in good faith by what I was being told by the salesman. He also said I would never get an electric bill again, since my system was so big.
