This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to have my panels removed to have my roof replaced and I find out today they are closing all Oklahoma facilities. Customer service is absolutely horrible and no answer on when I will get scheduled. If I could give a negative start I would. Looks like I’ll be hiring an attorney. They have my money to remove the panels but won’t schedule me.

09.22.23 2ND UPDATE. STILL NO CALL BACK. Panels are fixes, but they never finished the job with OG&E so we aren't getting credit. 08.01.23 UPDATE. I'm still having issues. I still get promises from management they'll call me back and they don't. Seriously find ANYONE else for solar. No one is worse than ADT!!!! I've called 3 times to get to the bottom of why I am being charged a full electric bill on top paying for my solar. I was told area manager will call me. Still have yet to hear from them a week later.

I’ll start from the beginning…. Salesman came over and tried to scam me. He gave me a bid and it was a little high. He then came back after a couple of days and said he found a rebate and it lowered the price from 48000$ to 36000$. He was trying to scam me. After looking over the plans for review I noticed my roof looked different from the previous bid. After a further look I noticed he removed 5 panels.
