Would not stop calling me, 6 times in one day..not cool
Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Communication is the worst. I can't even describe how bad it is. Should be ZERO stars. We signed in June 2022 and weren't up and running until May 2023. Almost a year! They connected our battery incorrectly, so we weren't getting the benefit. No one has walked us through the system yet, (It's now Sept. 2023)and the Tesla app (battery) doesn't show same data as the Enphase app (solar panels). After signing with ADT Solar, I was promised the solar panels would be up and operational with 3-4 months. Here we are 15 months later and I am still waiting. The customer service is terrible. They have passed me to 5 different account managers, none of which were much help. I would recommend any solar company but this one.
Nightmare service. You will have a true up at the end of the year. 3 months to get a response from customer service.
