I am making payments on the solar plus energy now. It costs me more if I didn't have the solar. They lied to me, do not get solar from these people.
ADT Solar has consistently overpromised and under-delivered, beginning with them firing the salesperson who was actually the most competent person I've worked with in my interactions with them. From the three month delay in installation to two weeks of no response despite multiple calls and emails daily to repair our roof (after their first effort did not fix the problem and worsening damage to our ceiling), ADT's failure to respond is mind-boggling. ADT as a company is okay but their solar side is TERRIBLE especially the customer service…
Zero customer service and warranty work since ADT bought SunPro. I have a micro-inverter out since January (6 months ago). Received part from third party vendor in days and ADT can’t schedule somebody to replace part. Told if I called anybody else to do the 30 minute job, they would void my 25 year warranty.
Calls continue, ADT I dont want solar STOP CALLING ME. Even with requesting to be removed from getting calls w a live person w ur company, you STILL call. DO NOT DISTURB SUCH A GREAT PHONE FEATURE, SINCE YOUR COMPANY IS SO THIRSTY. SAD THAT CALLS ARE MADE AT 730 AM. KEEP UR CALLS AND SOLAR, ADP SUCKS!
