I removed my original review in favor of an update. Unfortunately, we're still at a rock-bottom one-star. When the original plans were made and signed off by my wife, we were under the impression the company was going to do a good job. We were also under the impression they would perform their due diligence in engineering this project to ensure no complications would arise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Everything was great before it was installed. We started this process April of 2023. It was completed and has been operational since July of 2023. Part of this very expensive system is the Energy Efficiency Package. Which includes: attic tent, sealing HVAC Duct Work, water heater wrap, smart power strip, NEST Thermostat, Air sealing home, and LED light bulbs for every light fixture. We were Contracted to Install a New Roof “Paid by Insurance “. Shingles delivered 6 months ago & Still waiting for ADT to remove the Solar Panels so we can install the Homeowners new Roof. We tried hiring a local Company to take the Panels off, But ADT said they would Void The Homeowners Warranty on there Panels. 6 Months & Still awaiting & No answers as to when they will show up.
In January of this year, we finalized the purchase of solar panel system through ADT. The process of instillation of the numerous parts and accessories follows in a timely manner. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Everything was beautiful in the beginning, there were a lot of promises. What I can say is: that it worked until the moment that they installed the panels. After the installation, no one called to give an update. My installation was on 7/11/23, the city inspection and approval was on 7/14/23. Since then I've been waiting for "the lead electrician" to sign the project. Two months later I'm still waiting for that signature.
