Update 2/14/2024: So I had a customer service rep from ADT solar reach out to me to assist me with my review . My first reply to A D T solar was Ignored but the same assistance's email came in again even though I replied to them already. They asked me what my issue was I told them the same thing that I've been telling them for almost two years now. I received a reply today telling me that they can't help and I need to work with another customer service rep who isn't helpful either. I'd like and am happy with my solar system ... read more
If you are looking to install solar panels stay away from ADT they’re the worst choice once they get the money they never want to hear from you again and they never keep their promises I would never recommend them to anyone else after what I went through with them
I wish Sunpro would have never sold out to ADT. I had my roof replaced and ADT solar remove the panels so that the roofers could replace my roof. The problems began when ADT came out to replace my panels. The installers took no pride in their workmanship when reinstalling the panels. I watched them spin the corner of the panels on my brand new shingle roof they wore Off excessive amounts of asphalt for my shingles by again not taking pride in their workmanship. ADT Solar install and service has been horrendous... After getting permitting, contract and initial documentation completed it took ADT solar 4 + months to install, Client Care Manager Josh Deidrich did not stay in contact.. ADT Install team showed up unannounced, no appointment, no warning , no nothing to instal the system.. Once installed it took 3 month to finalize the pemit to go live. While we were waiting on ADT to complete the final inspection with the county ADT asked if we would be alright with a 3rd party Contracto... read more
