I hope this review helps someone to avoid what we are going through with this company. If I could give the -stars I would. It’s been a year and we still have not passed inspection, we never get an answer from ANYONE but the loan charges keep coming!!! They are supposed to refund me for some payments the checks have been approved for months but of course NOTHING has been received. It took too long to get started. I was promised 95% of production and only given 67%, which means paying for the panels and half of my electricity so no savings. The worst decision I ever made.
This company is the worst I know...on December 4, 2021 they approved me for this service...in which until today I have nothing working and the FPL continues to charge me plus this panel...it has been more than 2 years and they still haven't fulfilled it... I'm asking them to remove the entire panel that isn't working and to leave me with the loan they made me take out and no one from this company has fixed anything... a lot of disappointment
This is the worst company ever save yourself do not sign any documents. They will take three years to put up your solar panels less than a year later the solar panel box will cause a shortage to your house. You won’t be able to reach anybody the light company says it’s not their problem. The electrician says it’s not their problem don’t do it to get in contact with anybody regularly took three years to install. Biggest scam out there your electricity should be free if you have solar and the panels and installation payment should be 1 amount with option to pay Slowly or in one shot such a scam They will give you panels and then sell you the electricity from the panels you put on your roof plus the price will go up 2% every year The rent your roof and it costs you about 200$ a month 🤫🤫🤫
