The signup process seemed great the middle of 2022. Its almost 2024 and it is still not operational. took over a year to install and I've paid for 3 months and it is still hooked up. I call and talk to a different person every time. No body works there long enough to complete this process. Bo body ever calls me back. I have to call each week, explain to a new person, and still nothing gets fixed. I ask for a manager to call... and I never get a call.

Former employee at this branch, I recognize a few of the other names on the reviews here as people I installed panels for and I am sorry to see that they continue to be neglected by ADT. Just thought I should share my side of the story. Management made many promises both to the workers and to the homeowners which were not kept. First things first, all you people who had a great sales experience stop giving ADT a five star, because you haven't had the rest of the experience and you're just inflating their rating number. The sales experience that you get from ADT may be highly inflated because they don't follow through what they promise or they promised up that they don't deliver. This has been a complete nightmare. 1) The guy that sold us the panels told us to reach out to him with any questions, comments or concerns. He literally quit the next week and said he doesn’t like anyone locally enough to direct us to… 2) Roosevelt (national team I’m guessing) is completely and utterly useless and unprofessional. never dealt with this company, never even called them, but they sure have my number ( on autodial). I wonder how they think these annoying spam calls 4 ( yes, four ) times a day will actually build their business? your calls have been tagged as spam, guys but i'd really rather not receive them at all.
