We went with sun pro to start out with and when it changed hands we were hopeful .well it took 2 years to get our system turned on and back in November our garage burnt down.this was where our panels were located it’s now January and we have been playing hell trying to get them to come take the panels off the garage so we can tear down the garage to rebuild. We have been calling adtsolar every week to 2 weeks to find out when it is going to happen. No response no matter how many messages we leave. I would never again go with... read more

Getting solar panels through ADT has been nothing short of a night mare. My grandma has had her solar panels installed for over a year my grandma is an elderly woman, who rarely gets on the computer, and isn't very tech savy. ADT paused the project last January saying my grandma had a certain amount of time for her approval. (My grandma was never made aware of a expiration date on an approval) I just got involved with all of this in May after my grandma was told ADT would be out to connect the solar panels multiple times and... read more
When it was sunpro i got good service ADT baught them and I have waited going on7 months for them to hook up my pannels. Just a quick update my panels are now working and they are eliminating my electric bill from Alliant Energy of course I am still paying for gas . But it is so far doing what it was supposed to do. The frustration has lessened because the panels are working.
