Update 2/14/2024: So I had a customer service rep from ADT solar reach out to me to assist me with my review . My first reply to A D T solar was Ignored but the same assistance's email came in again even though I replied to them already. They asked me what my issue was I told them the same thing that I've been telling them for almost two years now. I received a reply today telling me that they can't help and I need to work with another customer service rep who isn't helpful either. I'd like and am happy with my solar system ... read more

Very disappointed, my friend has been attempting to ask for a document from this company without any success. The worse part is they will lie to you about it and never get back to you. They will actively avoid doing their job which is crazy. Do not go here if you value your time.
