I recently had a solar system installed by ADT Solar, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been far from satisfactory. Overall, my experience with ADT is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Not everything is resolved yet, but it’s taking so long that I’ve decided to go ahead and write my reviews anyway (editing/updating later if necessary) to hopefully save others from the consternation that comes with getting solar with ADT. Just another shady scam. They require a high pressure in person meeting where your trapped. They refuse to break down the estimate to show material and labor costs. They use the used car scam of focusing you on the credits and low monthly payment so you won't notice all the credits are being turned over to them from a price quote that is 100 of times too high. For example, they want 80,000 to install 12,000 in equipment. 68,000 for a week or less of labor for 2-3 guys. ADT was reputable now they are just a giant scam artist.... read more
