ADT is CLOSING their Solar branch ….!!! Buyer beware…!! This is the 3rd time this company will be sold. Originally ADT bought out SunPro Solar. Customer service is extremely rude. Was hung up on by Matthew. Finally got Mr.Garcia to come to my house 3/1. He was here for 30min and said my install was messed up. It was only getting 120 when it’s supposed to be 240. He said he would be back out on Monday 3/4 with electrical company to pull off my meter and get my system up and running after it’s been down for over 2 months now..... read more
Gage Mueller from ADT Solar is such a through and through professional. As first time solar customers he was so patient and knowledgeable - to give us all the information we needed to make our purchase- not only for the solar panels themselves but also gave us points to talk about for future home sale, solar tax credits, electricity plans etc. even after the sale he was so responsive and helped us troubleshoot! We loved working with Gage from ADT Solar!
One of the best I have ever met, everything i would look for in a sales person - was knowledgeable and sincere.
ADT Solar will damage your roof and then do nothing about it. Do not let them near your home.
Gage at ADT was very helpful in getting me set-up for battery back-up installation and later in helping me maximize my electricity cost savings by helping to configure the battery back-up settings for "free-nights" electrical supply plan.
