Was with ADT and had great service. Telus took over and now i can never get through to them. Ridiculous waiting on hold for an hour and finally hung up. Zero stars in my opinion. Time to look for a new alarm company.
Worst company ever
The phone number listed by Google is wrong, when Telus took them over the phone number changed and Google was never updated.
ADT became ADT Telus, and I worked there for few months, but at that time, it was very competitive to work there. Colleagues will lie against you when they see that you are doing much better than them. I hope that things have changed.
We had ADT for years & always had great service. Then Telus took over & it went downhill quickly. First - try to find a way of contacting them! That info is buried on Telus’s horrid website. Next wait on hold for what they say will be 15 minutes but which is actually 45 + minutes, then speak to someone in a call centre somewhere overseas who is difficult to understand & has no knowledge of your problem so transfers you to another person who is just as difficult to understand & repeat same information all over again.
