Please don't get nest thermostats from them. Mine haven't worked right since they were installed. Called my salesman and was told to figure it out myself. Horrible
I wish I could give this a zero star! I had been an ADT client for over 4 years -EFT for burglar/fire monitoring from my account loyally never missing a beat. The service charges kept creeping up over the years and when we got a knock on the door from Vivint we not only got better service, but cameras were off the charts in quality that ADT could never match, but would tell me to pay more money to get the better cameras that I bought from them to begin with! Horrible service. On hold for almost two hours.
Atrapado en un contrato por tres años. Luego de unos meses de instalado el sistema de ADT, comenzaron las ineficiencias, cámaras desconectadas, clip no grabados ,etc, así transcurrido la mayoría del tiempo, hasta hace unos meses que comenzó a dispararse la alarma, días consecutivos de mensajes, llamadas, todo en vano, como era de esperar , factura de la policía, aún respondiendo a las llamadas de emergencias y sabiendo que es falla del sistema, enviaban a los oficiales.
