Today, I contacted ADT Home security services for a service that has not worked and confirmed through their own verification since 2020. I asked for them to not bill my account this month and to cancel this service today. They REFUSED. They went through their records and confirmed that the system was not working and that they had documentation that I had complained about it not working since 2020 because of the documented their technician's notes who came to the house to fix the system BUT were never able to get it to work. ... read more

Terrible terrible customer service. Wow. Def go the small business route or monitor yourself.
ADT is a terrible company. Their equipment is cheap, and their customer service is awful. Don't sign a contract with them. The equipment breaks easily or doesn't work correctly.
We transferred our ADT service as we had moved. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable; however, the price he quoted us was $799.00, and once the system was installed, we were charged $2200.00!!! We have been trying to get this corrected for weeks and now the salesperson has left the company. There is no direct dial number provided to the local office-its a HUGE mess!
