Technician Carter Raymond did an amazing job and provided professional guidance on how to use the systems. We are really thankful for ADT experts expertise.
Today, I contacted ADT Home security services for a service that has not worked and confirmed through their own verification since 2020. I asked for them to not bill my account this month and to cancel this service today. They REFUSED. They went through their records and confirmed that the system was not working and that they had documentation that I had complained about it not working since 2020 because of the documented their technician's notes who came to the house to fix the system BUT were never able to get it to work. ... read more
