Think twice before purchasing. Brought my system in Feb. and started having issues 12 hours later. It has been 3 months and they have been to my house 6 times steady and need to come out this Saturday to fix an issue that the previous tech called. They keep telling my to bypass the zones in my house that causing issue, leaving that part of the house unprotected. Terrible and unethical company. Avoid at all costs.
Scammers and liars that will charge you cancelations fees of 450$ and threaten you to pay the contract for 3 years even if they tell you the agreement is for 1 year! Unprofessional and rude management, full of crap promises and no respect for customers! Worst company ever!! Not recommend to anyone!
Spend your money elsewhere. The service is trash. The system frequently faults, especially if all equipment doesn't have working batteries. Stuck with this garbage even if I cancel! The google ring cameras are garbage and breaks easil or doesn't hold a charge. You might as well get the blink cameras and monitor your home yourself! Do not waste your time with this poor excuse of a "service". Ex-employees also told me steer away from this service! I wish I listened!
2 hours of wasted time on chat with support being told contradictory things only to be told that another person will contact us. Our system has not worked properly for months but we would need to pay to cancel the predatory contract? We are left to pay for a service that does not work, or pay to cancel it. I would never suggest this company to anyone, 1 star is more than they deserve.
