This company is crazy. I'm too exhausted by their bs to go into it but trust me, find someone else.
I’ve been a long time customer of ADT. Not too long ago I also had cameras installed. Late last year one camera went out. They have been sending technicians to repair it since January 2025!!! We’ve had at least 12 appointments! One technician has been to my house several times and says that his boss, Chris Graham is very aware of my situation and he has discussed it with him several times. If you’re looking to have your time wasted, home damaged, and alarm system that doesn’t work then This is the place to go. We signed up a few months ago and didn’t even make it 24hrs without issues. 4 techs on 3 occasion have been to my home and have been unable to get my system working properly, each time someone would come out they would move detectors and create more holes in the walls, install detectors and sensors in improper locations. Think twice before purchasing. Brought my system in Feb. and started having issues 12 hours later. It has been 3 months and they have been to my house 6 times steady and need to come out this Saturday to fix an issue that the previous tech called. They keep telling my to bypass the zones in my house that causing issue, leaving that part of the house unprotected. Everything thing they installed has needed replacement: door sensors, glass break, smoke/CO detectors. I have loss money every time I have to take off for them to fi... read more
