ADT has many "authorized dealers". I only wanted to work with the real deal. I got hooked up with Bruce Kronman who is my local representative directly employed by ADT. He walked me through my options, helped figure out the best coverage from my house without pushing add-ons I didn't need and want, checked in after the installation, and is still available if I have questions and concerns. We had our service transferred from another company to ADT at my office. The transition was seamless and it has been working so well. Bruce, our sales rep was awesome!
HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been an ADT customer for 16 years. The installation at our new home: Original appointment canceled, next appointment the tech is late. Cameras do not connect to the ADT app. No yard sign. Waiting for a call back from customer service to CANCEL MY SERVICE AND USE ANOTHER PROVIDER!!!!!!
