Sending salespeople to houses with shady sales practices isn’t a good way to run a business
ADT has many "authorized dealers". I only wanted to work with the real deal. I got hooked up with Bruce Kronman who is my local representative directly employed by ADT. He walked me through my options, helped figure out the best coverage from my house without pushing add-ons I didn't need and want, checked in after the installation, and is still available if I have questions and concerns.
